After a good two days of rain it was not difficult to see the clear footprint of the lion’s yesterday afternoon. We followed the tracks for an hour, to finally be rewarded with an awesome sighting of two lionesses and a male that had killed a waterbuck. The one lioness had already started grooming herself while the other was still covered with blood, but our attention was drawn to the male lion that was busy chasing away vultures who were trying to scavenge the remains of the waterbuck.
