Endless Possibilities

Kapama Ranger Blog

Sharing the bush with people from all around the globe is a wonderful privilege a field guide has everyday. It is our responsibility to provide guests with a wonderful African experience that will stay with them for the rest of their days. Someone once told me that the bush or nature is a book and we are the readers and interpreters of this wonderful book. Thus, guides have the opportunity to change lives on a daily basis.

Today was filled with these opportunities on our morning drive. We saw a lioness and her cubs feeding, with elephants walking by in the distance. On our evening drive we were lucky enough to find our coalition of two cheetah brothers. Finally, to end our night off on a high note, we managed to find a juvenile chameleon sitting in the safety of the outer branches of a tree.

This is just one day of being out in the bush. Imagine the endless possibilities.
