Apart from exceptional guiding from rangers, a world-class luxury spa and wellness centre and impeccable guest service, a critical aspect that formed part of the motivation behind Kapama Karula’s award was its exquisite fine dining.  Kapama Karula’s kitchen, headed up by Executive Chef, Makhi Maki, has over the past few years, served guests some of the finest meals you would find on a luxury safari experience. For a bit of cooking inspiration, below you will find a delicious recipe for one of Chef Makhi’s signature dishes.
