Kapama recipe oat crunchies

Oats & Seeds Crunchies Recipe

Ingredients

230g melted butter

50g honey

200g brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda 

150g oats

150g brown bread flour

80g desiccated coconut

50g pumpkin seeds

50g sunflower seeds

 

Method

Preheat the oven @ 165 degrees Celsius

Grease a baking tray with a spray & cook, set aside

Mix all the dry ingredients

Heat the butter, honey & sugar in a saucepot until it gets bubbly

Stir the baking soda

Mix with the dry ingredients

Pour into the baking tray

Bake for 30 minutes
